I already have a website. Can I keep it?
We take over your domain, texts and photos. We build the Complete Lead System as a new whole: a conversion-focused website where lead follow-up and reviews belong together.
What does the Complete Lead System cost?
€179 per month, excl. VAT, with a one-time €279 setup. On top of that a declining implementation balance applies at the start; below you read exactly how it works.
When does my payment start?
The one-time setup is due at the start of the collaboration. Your monthly subscription starts on the date in your order confirmation and always runs one month ahead.
What exactly is the implementation balance?
At the start a declining implementation balance of €900 applies. After each fully paid month of the Complete Lead System the balance drops by €100. After 9 fully paid months the balance is €0. If you stop early, the remaining amount becomes payable.
Can I stop monthly?
You can always stop or downgrade; the change takes effect at the end of your current paid month. If you stop before the implementation balance is €0, the remaining amount becomes payable.
Does it work on my phone?
Android and iPhone. You install the app as an icon on your home screen, no app store needed.

Do the alerts really arrive while I am on a roof?
New requests go out over several channels at once: push, WhatsApp within your monthly alerts, and e-mail. Push also works when the app is closed. Did you still miss one? We keep reminding you until you have opened it.
What about reviews? I heard you are not allowed to block bad ones.
Correct, and we do not. We ask your customers for a review and we notice early when someone is unhappy, so you can do something about it. Nothing is blocked or filtered out.
Who sees my requests and data?
You, and Solutional as administrator. Nobody else. The details are in the privacy statement.
What if I get more than 60 WhatsApp alerts per month?
Alert 61 automatically activates one extra package of 60 alerts for €15. E-mail and push notifications always keep working, so no lead is lost.
Do I have to supply texts and photos myself?
No. We write your texts. A short fill-in list with your services and working area is enough. Photos of your own work are welcome, never required.
How quickly is my site live?
After your input we build your website within the agreed scope, with one correction round before going live. As soon as you approve, we connect your domain and you go live.
Can I keep my own domain name?
Yes. We connect your existing domain name to the new site, or register one with you as the legal owner. The domain is and stays yours.
What happens after nine paid months?
The Complete Lead System continues automatically at €179 per month. You can keep using the system, downgrade to Website Only or end the service. A change takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Can I later keep only my website?
Yes. Once the implementation balance is €0 or has been paid off early, you can downgrade to Website Only at the end of your current paid month. That costs €150 per six months in advance, which equals €25 per month. The Lead App, automations, reports, review requests and live review synchronisation then stop.
