WhatsApp alerts
- The first 60 new-lead WhatsApp alerts per month are included.
- Alert 61 automatically activates one extra package of 60 alerts for €15.
- Only one extra package may be activated automatically per month.
- After alert 120, WhatsApp alerts stop unless you explicitly approve more.
- E-mail and push notifications always keep working, so no lead is lost.
- Unused alerts do not roll over.
Keeping only your website later
Once the implementation balance is €0 or has been paid off early, you can downgrade to Website Only. It costs €150 per six-month period, paid in advance, which equals €25 per month.

- Hosting of the public website

- Standard lead form forwarding enquiries by e-mail
- One hour of website changes per paid six-month period
- Business-hours support
Website Only does not include
- Lead App or stored lead workflow
- Push or WhatsApp notifications

- Review synchronisation, management or reporting

Pricing questions
Can I later keep only my website?
Yes. Once the implementation balance is €0 or has been paid off early, you can downgrade to Website Only at the end of your current paid month. That costs €150 per six months in advance, which equals €25 per month. The Lead App, automations, reports, review requests and live review synchronisation then stop.
What happens after nine paid months?
The Complete Lead System continues automatically at €179 per month. You can keep using the system, downgrade to Website Only or end the service. A change takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Can I stop earlier?
Yes. If you stop before the implementation balance is €0, the remaining amount becomes payable. After that you can downgrade to Website Only or end all Solutional services, depending on your choice.
How do payments and invoicing work?
Payments run automatically through Stripe. Where the Belgian B2B e-invoicing rules require it, Solutional additionally delivers a structured electronic invoice through a legally suitable channel.
